Five area businesses you should meet this March

At SWFL Inc., we help businesses in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties promote their services, build strong relationships in the community, and connect with new customers. Part of that means letting readers like you know about unique area businesses, like this group of five in today’s column.

Have you heard of Pet Paradise? Its Bonita Springs branch for pet boarding, daycare, grooming and vet services is opening March 18, and it offers an indoor pool, climate-controlled suites and a shaded yard for its animal visitors to play in. htm

Jay and Kay’s Organ and Piano Co. offers new and used pianos, music lessons — for instruments including guitar, drums, organ, bass, violin, trumpet, clarinet and more — and sheet music. Based in Fort Myers, Jay and Kay’s will deliver to Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, including Bonita Springs, Port Charlotte, La Belle, Naples and Immokalee.

You might have had the pleasure of meeting a few of our friends from Oak Creek Charter School at the February Community Expo at the Promenade. They educate K-8 Lee County students with a rigorous curriculum as well as a strong health and fitness program and an emphasis on character development. Oak Creek Charter also offers after-school care and transportation for its students and is open for enrollment right now.

Bella Mia Italian Café is a hidden gem on Wiggins Pass Road. It offers gourmet breakfast-to-dinner items, catering and authentic Italian products. Bella features menu items by Chef David Rashty, well-known for his work at Michelin-starred restaurants and the local Table & Tap at Babcock Ranch.
